Bill Sandweg
Bill Sandweg is a former Air Force jet pilot. After leaving the Air Force, he attended law school at Arizona State University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was senior editor on the law review. He has been practicing personal injury law in Phoenix, Arizona for over thirty-five years. He has been litigating medical malpractice cases for the last twenty years. Today, his practice is primarily devoted to representing people who have been seriously injured by, or have lost loved ones as a result of, medical negligence. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a group limited to the top one percent of lawyers in a state and whose members must be invited to join. He is a past President of the Phoenix Chapter of the American Board of Trail Advocates, whose members must demonstrate ability in trial and have tried many cases. He is listed in the Best Lawyers in America for both medical negligence and personal injury. He is a Charter Member of Arizona's Finest Lawyers and recognized by Southwest Super Lawyers. He is certified by the State Bar of Arizona as a specialist in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death.
John P. Ager
John was raised in Arizona and has lived here nearly all of his life. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley, where he swam on the men's NCAA swimming team. He received his law degree from the University of Arizona College of Law where he was a writer for the Arizona Law Review and was elected Governor of the 15h Circuit of the American Bar Association. John has been litigating cases involving catastrophic injury and death for the last 15 years. He is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court and in all Arizona State and Federal Courts. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Maricopa County Bar Association, The American Association for Justice and The Arizona Trial Lawyers Association. He currently serves on the State Bar of Arizona Civil Practice and Procedure Committee, the committee responsible for drafting and reviewing the rules governing the way civil cases are litigated. He is also on the faculty of the Arizona Trial College. John regularly obtains significant verdicts for his clients and since 2007 has been continually recognized by The American Trial Lawyers Association as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Arizona.
